I have spent the last few days reading up on plant extracts and natural tinctures, but the amount of contradictory advice online is overwhelming. One site says to take a high amount immediately, while another suggests starting with just a few drops, and I honestly don't know who to trust anymore. Most of the articles I find are either too scientific to understand or feel like they are just trying to sell me something without explaining the 'why' behind the dosage. How do you guys filter through the noise to find actual facts?
